My pal Jay Yarow, Blogger for “The Business Insider” brought me along for a piece he was doing about a company called “BugLabs”. We stopped in at their Soho offices and got the tour and the pitch.
Here’s his write-up with my photos!
It’s a cool idea, making it easy for companies to prototype new devices by putting all of the components into Lego-block type shapes so that small devices can be made quickly without waiting for fabrication to find out it won’t work.
Made me think about getting back into the Engineering game sometime soon, but for now I’m enjoying meeting people going door-to-door in Brooklyn for the Census and having time to tag along to cool stuff like Bug-Labs with my pals.
Of course, I really need to spruce up my personal webpage if I’m going to link people to it professionally. I should put on my best face and maybe not a big photo of my scruffy face.
